   Shelters have been added to the list of standard adventuring equipment.  You
   will need to have a shelter equipped in order to camp out in a safe room.
   Ralfonso, proprietor of our town Trading Post, says that it is about time
   that professional camping equipment became readily available again.  "Sure, many
   of the finer things are still absent, but at least we don't have to sleep on
   the dirt when we venture outside", quipped the store owner, who sells a
   variety of camping supplies.
