The Outpost Post

The Outpost Chamber of Commerce has begun phase two of its harbor reclamation
project.  The cleaning and scrubbing of the unsightly high-water marks along
our Outpost walls is expected to take the remainder of the summer.  Plans to
re-open the old archway culvert are being discussed, but no timeline for that
project has been established.

The guildmasters report that the HEROISM and CALM spells have been observed to
have an effect on THREAT in a fight.  Guild scribes have updated the help
scrolls appropriately.

Students of the occult be aware, the Elemental Temple is hiding more than just
imprisoned elementals!
